At NextGenSMC, we strive to provide high-quality training and resources to help traders succeed. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before enrolling in our programs.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for our training programs, Discord community access, and other services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Payments

Payments made for courses and community memberships are strictly non-transferable. You cannot transfer your enrollment or subscription to another person.

3. Course Access & Completion

• If you enroll in the Complete Training on SMC ($1200 program), you will receive access to live training and course materials for the designated period (6-8 weeks).
• Missing a session or failing to complete the program does not qualify for a refund or credit.

4. Discord Community Subscription ($100/Month)

• Discord membership is billed on a monthly basis.
• If you choose to cancel, you will lose access at the end of your current billing period.
• There are no refunds for partial months or unused membership time.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate payments due to technical errors (must be reported within 48 hours).
• Payment processing errors caused by our system.

In such cases, contact us immediately for resolution.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Course enrollments cannot be canceled once payment is made.
• Discord membership can be canceled anytime, but access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

7. Policy Updates

NextGenSMC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active members.
